Arrow AI collects only the business information needed to answer inquiries, run audits, schedule meetings, and improve the website with consent-based analytics.

Data we may collect

• Contact details submitted through forms, such as name, company, email, phone, and project context.
• Audit answers or business requirements voluntarily submitted through Arrow AI forms.
• When you submit a form: the website that referred your current visit (domain only), any campaign tags in the page address, and how you told us you found Arrow AI. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
• Analytics events from Arrow's own measurement, Google Analytics and Vercel Insights only after the visitor accepts analytics. Accept or reject answers are counted anonymously per day.
• Visits from search engines and AI crawlers (for example ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude), identified by their declared user agent.
• Technical security logs required to keep the site reliable and prevent abuse.

Why we use it

We use submitted data to reply to business inquiries, prepare audits, schedule calls, qualify project fit, improve site performance after analytics consent, and protect Arrow AI systems.

Sharing

Arrow AI may use trusted service providers such as hosting, analytics, CRM, email, calendar, and form-processing tools. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Business inquiry data is kept only as long as needed for sales, service delivery, legal, security, or operational reasons.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or objection by contacting Arrow AI. If you are in the EU, you may also contact your local data protection authority.
