AI visibility / Budget
What is the real cost of running an AI visibility program?
Compare the full program: setup, recurring fees, internal review time, implementation work and separately scoped tools or markets. A low monitoring subscription can still require substantial team capacity. Arrow publishes setup and recurring plan prices, but the right comparison is a shared scope and period rather than a headline monthly fee.

01 / Compare the evidence
What to inspect before you decide.
| Cost line | Include in your brief | Avoid assuming |
|---|---|---|
| 01Setup | Access, baseline, question selection and launch work. | The lowest setup fee implies the lowest total cost. |
| 02Recurring work | Observation schedule, reporting and included improvements. | Every tracked issue will be implemented. |
| 03Internal capacity | Review, approvals and publishing responsibilities. | Your team contributes no time. |
| 04Additional scope | Extra markets, languages, integrations and external tools. | Every expansion is covered by one plan. |
02 / Worked example
Compare one period
Illustrative example · no client resultUse the same period for every proposal. For a hypothetical program, enter setup, monthly fees, months and internal or external costs into the calculator below. Its result is arithmetic only; it is not an Arrow quotation, required commitment or expected return.
03 / Put it into practice
A useful next step, with an owner.
- 01
Fix the scope
Use the same business, language, market, question panel and tools for every quote.
- 02
Assign the work
List who reviews findings, writes changes, approves claims and publishes.
- 03
Model the period
Add included and excluded costs without assuming that visibility will produce a particular amount of revenue.
04 / Where Arrow fits
Evaluate us by
the same standard.
Arrow can be considered when a team wants tracking with a defined amount of implementation. Read the current GEO pricing page for exact plan terms and request a scope that names exclusions.

The details behind the decision.
Is monitoring the entire cost?
No. Someone must review the observations and make useful changes. Account for internal time and implementation work.
Why separate setup from monthly fees?
Setup and recurring work can cover different deliverables. Compare both over the same period.
Should all languages share one budget?
Only if the proposal explicitly includes them. Language and market coverage must be agreed rather than inferred.
Can I use the calculator as a quote?
No. It is a planning tool using your assumptions. Your accepted proposal defines actual prices, taxes, timing and commitments.
Where can I confirm Arrow’s prices?
Use Arrow’s current GEO pricing page and your written proposal. A worked example on this page does not replace those terms.
