The tool extracts question-mark sentences and recognizes common English and French question starters on lines without punctuation. Matching wording is grouped; semantic paraphrases remain separate.
Download the counts, review the suggested intent and choose whether to improve an existing answer, write a focused guide or fix an operational step. Frequency is one input to that decision.
Question detection and intent suggestions use transparent text rules, not a language model. Counts refer only to occurrences in the text you supplied. The extractor cannot infer search volume, customer importance, unique people, sentiment or a complete conversation context. Speaker labels and sentence boundaries can affect extraction; inspect the result before using it.
In a property-diagnostics journey, preparation and timing questions can reveal missing service-page information. In ecommerce, returns questions may point to unclear conditions. In software, setup questions may call for a help article or a better onboarding step. The useful next action can be a workflow change as well as a new page.
For the property-diagnostics example, explore the France DPE case study: public source quality and an actionable request belong in the same journey. The sample values in this tool are fictional.

No. It groups wording after case, whitespace, Unicode and terminal question-mark normalization. Different phrasing remains separate for you to review.
Yes. Common French and English question starters are supported. Questions ending with a question mark can be extracted in other languages too, but intent labels use French and English keyword rules.
The tool processes it in this browser tab. Its code does not send the text to Arrow, a model provider or a storage service. Remove personal details before using or exporting any conversation. A separate review request shares only the contact details, message and optional summary you explicitly submit.
