GEO × 02 — AI SystemsDirect booking starts
before checkout.
From the question that finds you to the booking path you own.

Give the right guest a reason to choose your hotel — and a clear way to take the next step. Connect AI discovery, useful property information and the booking journey behind it.

The opportunity

From the question that finds you to the booking path you own.

A guest moves between travel inspiration, comparison and your property website. Each step needs the same clear promise: the right stay, understood before checkout.

01

Answer the details of the stay.

Build useful sources around real room options, guest fit, location and conditions. Connect the detail a traveler asks for to the page that can support it.

02

Carry intent into the next click.

Make the route from an answer page to your booking engine or inquiry form explicit. Keep dates, room preferences and the purpose of the stay useful at the handoff.

03

Follow the request through.

Scope the records, ownership and follow-up that turn a booking question into a handled inquiry. Keep live rates and availability in the system responsible for them.

Every source needs an owner.
Every request needs a next step.

Family stay / Illustrative request

“Which room works for two adults and two children?”

A planning example. The workflow is scoped around your hotel’s actual information and systems.

  1. 01 / The source

Published room occupancy, actual bedding options and relevant family facilities.

  2. 02 / The handoff

A room-selection page or inquiry that carries party size and stay dates.

  3. 03 / The owner

Reservations confirms room eligibility and the available configuration.

Business trip / Illustrative request

“Can I arrive late and work before my meeting?”

A planning example. The workflow is scoped around your hotel’s actual information and systems.

  1. 01 / The source

Verified arrival arrangements, workspace information and useful local context.

  2. 02 / The handoff

A focused business-stay page with a clear direct-booking or contact route.

  3. 03 / The owner

The hotel confirms any arrival arrangement or service request.

Weekend escape / Illustrative request

“What makes this hotel right for our weekend?”

A planning example. The workflow is scoped around your hotel’s actual information and systems.

  1. 01 / The source

Genuine experiences, location detail and current package conditions.

  2. 02 / The handoff

A relevant offer page and your live booking engine for dates and pricing.

  3. 03 / The owner

Revenue or reservations maintains the bookable offer and its conditions.

What we build together

Start focused.
Connect the full journey.

A scoped project starts with a clear decision, the sources behind it and the team responsible for the outcome.

  1. 01

Map the questions that influence the stay.

Review your public pages, customer questions and available search evidence. Choose a small set of decisions your hotel can answer well.

  2. 02

Build the sources and the handoff.

Publish the missing answer, clarify the next action and define the information the booking or inquiry workflow needs.

  3. 03

Measure the journey in separate stages.

Observe AI answers, attributable visits, booking-engine clicks and confirmed inquiries. Connect completed bookings only where your systems provide that evidence.

A practical starting scope
  • Guest-question and destination map
  • Reviewed source-page priorities
  • Booking or inquiry handoff specification
  • Measurement plan with explicit data boundaries

Final deliverables, integrations and review responsibilities are agreed for your project.

Your property / Your operating context

Your booking engine holds the live answer.

Rates, inventory, restrictions and confirmation remain with your hotel’s authoritative systems. Arrow scopes the public source layer and the connections around it. Integration work depends on your stack, permissions and the agreed workflow.

Does Arrow replace our booking engine?

Arrow scopes the source pages and workflow connections around your existing booking journey. Your booking engine remains responsible for live rates, availability, payment and booking confirmation.

Can GEO guarantee more direct bookings?

No. GEO can improve the public information available to buyers and AI search, but source selection and guest behavior vary. Direct-booking impact requires attributable booking data.

What is the first useful deliverable?

A map of priority guest questions, the pages that should answer them and the next action each page should support. The audit establishes what can be inspected before a build is scoped.

How do GEO and AI Systems work together?

GEO covers the public source layer. Offer 02, AI Systems, covers scoped records, routing and integrations after an inquiry. The two offers can share the same business facts while retaining separate scopes.

Market context behind this use case

SiteMinder examines discovery across intermediaries, AI and hotel websites. We use that journey as market context; it is not an Arrow performance result. SiteMinder’s 2026 traveler research ↗

Selected from qualitative industry research and gaps in the existing Arrow journey. No Arrow traffic growth or hotel performance increase is claimed here.
